SPANISH NIGHT with CAMALEÓN
Flamenco latin folk (& Tapas)
Camaleón comes back to MixTree! An evening full of soul and passion, with the best Spanish and Latin-American music, this time with more rumbas to dance! Flamenco, rumba, samba, copla, huapango… from traditional melodies to the modern repertoire, from the most intimate atmosphere to the most danceable rhythms, different styles are fusioned in a colorful acoustic sound. Songs by Gipsy Kings, Silvio Rodríguez, Los delinqüentes, Estopa…
We will enjoy Spanish food and wines with a variety of tapas prepared only for this special event! Fill yourself with Southern warmth and energy, and dance the whole night long. Don´t miss the authentic Spanish fiesta in Amsterdam!
Alberto Alaejos (Voice and acoustic guitar) grew up in Albacete, Castilla-La Mancha. He has been giving recitals of Spanish folk music since he was very young. Few years ago he moved from Spain to The Netherlands, to share his musical roots with the Dutch audience.
Tim van de Brug (Flamenco guitar) studied flamenco with Eric Vaarzon Morel at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and won several Dutch national guitar competitions.
