In Sicily the Christian festival of the (” Immaculate Madonna ”) is celebrated by eating in MixTree.
The dinner that precedes the 7th December is celebrated by eating the ” sfincione ”.
An ancient pizza made with the same ingredients as bread.
Tomato sauce, onion,
Sausage, ‘Cacio Cavallo’ cheese, anchovies, oregano, a drizzle of olive oil and grated bread complete it.
A portion of “sfincione” costs €4.50. You can reserve your portion by writing to us. You can eat here at MixTree. I can deliver your food to your office, or to your home in the city.
Many cannoli and sweets are available.
